For more than two decades, we’ve connected commerce and creativity to build brands that influence culture.
Round was founded in 2002 by Michaela Webb and Robert Nudds.
Since then, the studio has grown to include a team of 20.

Michaela Webb
Creative DirectorAfter years spent in both high-craft and highly strategic design studios, Michaela saw an opportunity for a place that brought the two together. She still believes it’s this coalescence of strategy and considered design that drives results, and delivers work with the strongest impact.

Robert Nudds
Strategy DirectorRob is passionate about creating brands and experiences that unite people. He co-established Round with the ambition to work with partners who challenge the status quo to create brands that stand for something and stand out.

Narelle Brewer
Design DirectorWith expertise in branding, art direction and publication design, Narelle’s career spans two decades. She has headed diverse cultural, fashion, hospitality and property projects, and led the delivery and development of placemaking identities, activations strategies and launch campaigns.

Bianca Lazzaro
Practice DirectorBianca joined Round in 2012, bringing an extensive background in production and publication with her. Since then, she’s worked closely with category leaders across hospitality, hotels, architecture and design – among others.

Paul Tisdell
Design DirectorFor more than 16 years, Paul has created thoughtful and engaging work. His focus on designing for cultural and community institutions includes work for the Tate Modern and Tate Britain and the 2019 Venice Biennale Architettura, among others.

Stephanie Munro
Head of StrategyWith 15 years of strategy and marketing experience, Stephanie has been responsible for developing brand and go-to-market strategies for some of Australia’s biggest retail and hospitality players.

Design DirectorZiggy is a multi-disciplinary designer with expertise in print, digital and physical spaces. He has extensive expertise in branding and campaign design in the property, placemaking and FMCG sectors – delivering creative outcomes tightly aligned with brand strategy.
